Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments and maintaining a professional courteous presence at all times.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors clients and vendors in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls emails and inquiries efficiently
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting spaces
Maintain front office appearance supplies and cleanliness
Provide administrative support to management and staff
Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols
Receive sort and distribute incoming correspondence and deliveries
Handle basic customer service issues and escalate when necessary
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in a front desk receptionist or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving
