Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Despatch Coordinator to join our team based at our branch in Queenstown.
The role
Your key responsibilities will be to provide excellence in customer services for Waste Managements customerbase by answering customer enquiries/requests scheduling daily work for operators monitoring and signing off run sheets and coordinating drivers. Building strong customer relationships as well as proactively identifying and informing customers of any operational delays will play an integral part in this role.
Qualifications :
About you
To be successful in this role you will have proven customer service experience in a fastpaced environment. You also bring a proactive and positive attitude and the ability to instantly build rapport with customers. You are customercentric a strong relationship builder flexible have high attention to detail and good time management. Experience in using MS Office especially Word and Excel is also essential for this role.
