This position is responsible for administrating the manufacturing orders process and the reconciliation of manufacturing orders. This position will also assist with the accuracy of raw materials finished goods and label inventories.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications :
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred.
Related Experience: 13 years of relevant experience preferably in the food industry.
Skills: Proficient use of Excel Word Outlook; prefer Inventory Management System.
Competencies:
1. Must be detailed highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
2. Must have good problem solving skills
3. Ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects and tasks
4. Must have excellent interpersonal skills to work as an efficient team member and lead when necessary.
Additional Information :
Physical: Must be able to walk throughout the plant to include walking and climbing up/down stairs and ladders (portable fixed).
Sensory: Must have the appropriate level of sensory acuity (visual hearing speaking smell and touch) to be able to identify and react to normal abnormal and alarm conditions (chemicals temperature etc.)
Mental/Reasoning: Must be able to logically and methodically work through and break down complex problems and processes to enable effective communication with all levels of the organization
