As a Site Technology Specialist you will work with clinical trial sites to provide technical support and expertise related to imaging/radiology including radionuclide/radioligand therapy and cell therapy operations collectively referred to as technology
This position is remotebased.
You will:
- Determine technical resources needed for project implementation and communicates needs to department managers.
- Assist in the design and implementation of study related forms guidelines and manuals related to technologies.
- Organize technical training for project teams.
- Assist and advises the site monitor / CRA in the area of study technologies.
- Assist with clinical trial sites technology equipment qualification surveys.
- Support site initiation preparation and performs technical visits to assist the clinical trial site team with technology aspects of the study.
- Provide technical and application training and support to clinical trial sites throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide realtime support to clinical trial sites to correct image quality issues.
- Coordinate data collection and resolution of queries related to technologies including but not limited to nuclear medicine radiology cell therapy operations etc.
- Identify track and report specific technical timepoints related to study procedures including imaging/scans and other technologies.
- Provide support to ensure proper documentation of studyspecific assessments related to technologies.
- Provide relevant technologyrelated information to Business Development for proposals.
- Prepare for and attends Bid Defense Meetings.
- Attend and presents at Investigators Meetings.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in any of the following (or equivalent) preferably with specialization in Nuclear Medicine Science / Nuclear Medical Technology such as Medical Radiation Science/Medical Radiologic Technology/Medical Technology/Diagnostic Technology/Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy/ Biomedical Imaging and Radiation Science.
- Minimum 3 years experience as Nuclear Medical Technologist (NMT) or similar role.
- Must have performed clinical nuclear medicine tasks including but not limited to experience in operation and QC procedures related to overseeing and managing PET imaging agents and therapeutic RLTs.
- Prior exposure in clinical trial conduct.
- Professional proficiency in English and candidate with conversational proficiency in Mandarin Korean and/or Japanese will be of added advantage.
- Cultural intelligence to support diverse countries within the APAC region with sensitivity and understanding international mindset to work collaboratively with department team members in the global community.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration and managing relationships effectively within a matrix team setting.
- Capable of working independently and taking initiative to drive tasks forward.
- Skilled in tackling unstructured and complex challenges with innovative solutions.
- Comfortable navigating and thriving in dynamic and at times ambiguous environments.
- Some work travel may be expected for this regional role.
