Your Key Accountabilities
Revenue Growth: Achieve personal revenue targets by delivering against activity levels and building a robust pipeline.
Client Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base to enhance loyalty reduce churn and increase repeat business. Success is reflected in an 85% completion rate.
DataDriven Decision Making: Provide effective accurate forecasting of prospects and opportunities for YOU and your team.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including senior management and industry experts from various backgrounds to align goals and drive success.

Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in analyzing market trends customer feedback and performance data to inform decisions and improve strategies.
Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities capable of managing multiple teams and programs simultaneously in a dynamic multicultural environment.
CustomerCentric Approach: Deep commitment to understanding the diverse needs of clients and delivering solutions that exceed expectations fostering loyalty and longterm partnerships.
Presentation & Communication Skills: Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and industry experts from various backgrounds with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively.
