Job Description

Our client a leading global law firm is seeking a Business Development Assistant to join their office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with BD Manager and lawyers on transactional and strategic bids.
  • Provide input on approach team formations and strategy.
  • Draft create review and edit bid content.
  • Lead the coordination of client seminars webinars networking drinks and sponsored events.
  • Prepare event budgets for BD Manager and Partner review.
  • Liaise with vendors and relevant parties for logistical arrangements.
  • Provide online and onsite event support.

Directories/League Tables/Awards:

  • Lead the drafting of directory submissions with BD Manager.
  • Work with PR/Marcomms team to measure performance in directories/league tables/awards.
  • Facilitate contribution to league tables and directories with consistent positioning messages.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or above in marketing law or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in corporate marketing/communications preferably in international law firms professional services firms or MNCs.
  • Commercial acumen creativity flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and professional standards.
  • Ability to multitask assimilate information quickly and prioritize workload.
  • Quick learner with the aspiration to unlock growth potential.
