We are looking for a proactive and hands on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People&Culture team. You will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment cycles for different departments at Shiji and coordinate the onboarding process for our new team members.
The role
- Partner with Hiring Managers to develop job descriptions and align on the recruitment process coordination.
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide guidance to candidates and hiring teams.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process ensuring a positive experience for them.
- Extend and negotiate job offers and manage the closure of the recruitment process.
- Coordinate the new employees onboarding process and provide guidance and support on their first day at the company.
- Participate and support on People&Culture adhoc projects.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience handson end to end recruitment cycle (inhouse or agency).
- Experience recruiting technical roles will be highly valued but it is not a must.
- Fluent level of English and Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fastpaced environment
