Job Description

  • Build and maintain longterm partnerships with a list of customers especially in auto and mobility segments acting as the main point of contact for these customers. 

  • Work with quantitative and qualitative studies mainly methodologies: brand tracking and communication.  

  • Support and guide customers to properly use NIQ information. 

  • Questionnaire development and validation both in the structural and logical part 

  • Check relay and discuss the projects progress with the immediate superior schedule team meetings and prepare meeting agendas. 

  • Verify preliminary processing data statistical analyses and follow the project analysis plan as discussed throughout the project with the direct superior. 

  • Ability to crossreference and combine information whether from project data syndicated data or external data creating insights and recommendations to customers 

  • Develop presentations market analysis providing relevant insights with the support of the immediate superior. 

  • Ensure data quality and report delivery meeting the NIQ global standards. You must also propose and execute improvements to existing customer reports. 

  • Comply with mandatory and voluntary training sessions and present NIQ research results to clients with the support of the immediate superior. 

  • Accountable for the endtoend execution of her/his projects and the final result delivered to his clients. She/he actively engages with the broader auto/Brand & Media team both inside and outside of project work by offering support and guidance to newer team members. 

  • Expected to be proactive in learning and gaining additional experience translating client questions into actionable deliverables and then into insights for the client (i.e. think ahead to predict & anticipate potential questions from the client about the report and brainstormed creative ways to clarify & contextualize to mitigate those questions) 

  • Review presentation data including translation (when applicable) before sending it to the direct superior. 

  • Create and update databases including maintaining a folder with all active projects easily accessible. 

  • No formal supervisory responsibility; may provide informal guidance to new or junior team members 

  • Solves problems considering common practice or procedures; determines appropriate action by analyzing possible solutions and their impact on the function/business using practical experience judgment and precedents 

 


Qualifications :

  • University degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced/graduate degree preferred 

  • Demonstrated Analytical/Consulting expertise  

  • Excellent communication skills including building customer rapport  

  • Technical knowledge and an understanding of data and its application across business 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in market research 

  • Experience in ad hoc market analysis with shopper and brand tracking methodologies 

  • Ability to maintain client relationships 

  • Client focus eye for detail and highquality standards 

  • Advanced level MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) 

  • Advanced English 

  • Portuguese is a differential
