Job Description
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: 12.71 hourly
Responsibilities:
Ensure all customers receive prompt professional and friendly service.
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and courteously.
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
Oversee daily caf operations including opening and closing procedures.
Monitor inventory levels placing orders as necessary to maintain stock and minimize waste.
Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of sales inventory and staff attendance
Qualifications :
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
