Job Description
Laboratory Supervisor Columbus OH
Join a fast-paced mission-driven lab team where your leadership and technical expertise make a real impact. As Laboratory Supervisor youll oversee daily lab operations support staff development and ensure high-quality testing and compliance.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and coordinate lab activities: sample processing data analysis reporting
- Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards
- Investigate atypical results and communicate with clients
- Train mentor and manage lab staff; conduct performance reviews
- Monitor inventory and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with QA on quality control and corrective actions
- Interview and onboard new hires; manage scheduling and PTO
What You Bring:
- Bachelors in Life Sciences or related field
- Hands-on lab experience; supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of lab equipment and testing procedures
- Excellent communication organization and leadership skills
- Cannabis industry experience a plus
