The Job:

As a Sales Associate for our Black & Decker Outlet store youll be part of our T&O Commercial team working as an onsite employee. Youll get to:

• Assist customers in an engaging and professional manner to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Provide product information answer questions and offer recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling Stanley Black & Decker products. Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve sales targets and drive revenue.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Stanley Black & Decker products features and benefits. Stay updated on new product releases and promotions.
• Ensure the sales floor is wellorganized clean and visually appealing. Assist with product displays restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the pointofsale (POS) system. Handle cash credit card and other payment methods securely.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Assist with general store upkeep including cleaning organizing and maintaining store equipment and fixtures.
  

The Person:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous retail sales experience preferably in a similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced customerfocused environment.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with POS systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
