As Executive Kitchen Manager Youll:
- Run daytoday kitchen operations like a pro
- Hire train and lead a strong backofhouse team
- Ensure every plate meets high standards of consistency and quality
- Control food and labor costs manage inventory and ordering
- Maintain a clean safe and organized kitchen at all times
- Work handinhand with FOH leadership to deliver a great guest experience
What Were Looking For in an Executive Kitchen Manager:
- 5 years in a highvolume kitchen leadership role
- Strong background in scratchmade food and cost control
- Confident leadership with great communication skills
- ServSafe certified (or willing to get it)
