Manager, Executive and Enterprise Communications

The Executive and Enterprise Communications team at CGI is seeking a senior communications professional with a flair for writing distinctive and engaging content that resonates with employees. The Manager Expert will be responsible for creating communication strategies plans and content that support business needs and drive engagement. The incumbent will research and recommend best practices build and collaborate with a network of colleagues in similar roles ensure timely and regular publication of content and measure results. Additionally the Manager Expert will work closely with various corporate services functions to create communication strategies plans and content that support CGIs strong culture and drive engagement for our 96000 consultants and professionals across the globe.

The ideal candidate must have 7-10 years of experience be a self-starter be comfortable wearing many hats and have superior English and French writing skills. We are looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at both the planning and implementation of communication campaigns.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Develop internal communications that engage CGI Partners.
Partner with internal stakeholders across CGIs corporate services functions to create and deploy integrated communications campaigns.
Craft messaging that raises awareness and understanding of Corporate Services projects.
Collaborate with colleagues in the various regions and Centers of Expertise to ensure cohesive messaging that adheres to CGI editorial standards and brand guidelines.
Leverage new & existing channels to reach employees with key messages.
Analyze performance indicators across all channels to continuously improve executive and enterprise communications and achieve greater impact.
Encourage feedback interaction and discussion with our stakeholders and CGI Partners.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelors degree in communications marketing journalism or a related discipline.
7-10 years of related professional experience in corporate communications preferably within a global environment and/or high-tech industry.
Superior writing skills in English and French.
Experience in supporting executives.
Ability to understand target audiences and translate complex concepts into clear and concise messages.
Skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced non-routine environment.
High level of autonomy; capacity to drive projects independently and to effectively manage deadlines.
Collaborative disposition comfortable in a consultative environment where various points of view are valued sought out and leveraged.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint knowledge is a plus.
