Job Description
To meet Industrial customers in East Zone (West Bengal Odisha Jharkhand Bihar & NE states) and building business relationship with key people within customers organization.
2. To generate business for Service products (Maintenance Contract for Industrial UPS Spares Consumables etc.) from existing installation base.
3. To work jointly with service sales team in each branch and ensuring 100% coverage of existing installation base.
4. Working on installation Data base and ensuing submission of offer for maintenance contract 90 days prior to expiry of current warranty/ AMC contract.
5. Collaboration with service operation team & ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Handling customers escalation and resolve issues.
7. Ensuring timely billing & collection of payments from customers.
8. Preparing periodic MIS reports.
