NOTE: This position is based at our Milwaukeebranch and travels to customers.

Great Lakes Roofing Corporation creates roofing solutions for commercial and industrial building owners across the Midwest. Were growing and expanding our footprint and have room for an experiencedOutside Sales Representative B2B to join our serviceoriented team. You will be responsible for creating roofing solutions for both current and new customers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in facetoface sales or a related field and excellent followup skills. He/she will be an expert communicator with trackable success in negotiation.



Salary (base) starts around $60000/year (DOE) and high achievers have UNLIMITED earning potential. Our reps typically make over $150000/year and so can YOU if youre willing to work hard and create solutions for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES of Outside Sales Representative B2B:

  • Client support and networking communicate with customers and contacts to identify and understand their needs. Create value propositions to alleviate customer pain points. Respond to and fix issues that arise throughout the sales cycle. Maintain consistent contact with existing and previous customers alerting them to new products services and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Reporting Maintain daily reports of sales activities including calls orders sales lost business and any other issues within our CRM. Provide periodic territory sales forecasts as requested.

REQUIREMENTS of
Outside Sales Representative B2B:

  • Prior facetoface sales and contract negotiation experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proven organizational skills and demonstrable attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Driven competitive nature able to keep a steady pace in a selfdriven environment
  • Have a current cleandrivers license

Physical Requirements for Outside Sales Representative B2B:

  • Overhead lifting of 50lbs several times a day
  • Ability to lift carry & set up 3story ladder several times a day
  • Climb ladder carrying 3040lbs of gear to rooftop
  • Be comfortable outside in all types of weather while on rooftops
  • Physically handle roofing materials
  • Take & record accurate measurements/ read tape measure
  • Correctly map out (draw) rooftop data
  • Visually notate & accurately record roof problems
