The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cloud technologies and familiarity with TCH & Zelle Payments workflow. This role requires an individual who is adept at troubleshooting debugging and working within a Cloud AWS Cloud services support group mails to address & resolve basic problemsCoordinate and escalate to the respective downstream system including the vendor productsCoordination during Planned DR & resolve basic incidents related to applications and might take support from application team for complicated RCA including code analysis for incidents that require code fix/Implement support to Cloud Engineering team for Patch deployments/Version upgrades to AWS services. Create weekly statistics of incidents received. Categorization of issues based on resolution (Upstream/Downstream/Data related/False Alarm.... etc.)Organize production handover and conduct ORR for production support for weekend deployment Triage the issues identified during deployment/post validation. Building knowledge assets (KB Articles) knowledge base build out of support process common error patterns and health check procedures (if any)Building dev ops pipeline and assist building dev ops procedure processes and dashboard as deemed necessary.
