As a Case Consultant you will be the first point of contact for clients facing challenging and often traumatic situations. Your role is pivotal in offering support and reassurance from the moment they reach out to us.

The Case Control Center operates7 days a weekand we are looking for candidates that can fill our evening shifts.

Compensation
- $18/hour
- $250 SignOn Bonus (Eligible after 90 days of employment)
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations to potential clients calling into the firm and determine if we are able to help the client.
- Collect and input adequate data regarding prospective cases.
- Schedule appointments for call backs to potential clients.
- Send and obtain signed retainers via email or text.
- Accept inbound calls and place outbound calls.
- Resolve client issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; college preferred.
- Excellent comprehension and criticalthinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fun fastpaced office environment.
- Used to adapting in an everchanging environment and handling multiple priorities.
- Must thrive both in a team environment and when working independently.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Excellent comprehension and criticalthinking skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM with excellent writing skills while navigating through multiple software applications.
This position is a Work From Home position:
- Must be able to provide a distraction free environment (no pets TVs children etc. during scheduled work time).
- Must live in Las Vegas Nevada area.
- Must be willing and able to pass Internet Speed Test of 300 Mbps download/30 Mbps upload speed before interview.
