About The Opportunity
Programmed Facility Management are seeking experienced Bus Driver / Utility staff to join our Village Management Team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an essential team that provides soft services such as Village Management Catering Transport Cleaning and Utility services to a wellknown Mining Company situated in the MidWest WA.

Key Responsibilities
The Grounds Utility is responsible for the care maintenance and development of external areas of the Village. In addition this they will provide support to the Aerodrome Supervisors and Bus Drivers ensuring daily inspecting reporting and monitoring of grounds vehicle and airside environment is compliant. Ad hoc support to the Village Team is occasionally required.
Duties include:
- Ensure that the designated Grounds areas are kept clean orderly and properly maintained
- Follow Grounds policies and procedures and be able to complete them within allocated time frames
- Ensure gardens and surrounding grounds are kept maintained and tidy
- Assist with green waste management of accommodation and facility
- Appropriate use and storage of chemicals
- Maintain service areas to a high standard
- Respond timely to any adhoc Grounds maintenance requests
- Keeping daily logs and records of all workorders completed
- Ensuring compliance with Australian standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Assist other departments from time to time if required

Additionally you will possess:
- Australian Working Rights
- VALID C Class License (mandatory)
- Ability to pass comprehensive (Client) PreEmployment Medical including Instant Drug and Alcohol Screening (mandatory)
- Current satisfactory National Police Check (within 6 months) (mandatory)
- Construction White Card (desirable)
- Working at Heights (desirable)
- The following experience / qualifications with Grounds work First Aid Building Management & HSE Systems (desirable)
Additionally you will also possess the following skills:
- Basic Systems and Technology experience i.e. MS Office online/webbased Workorder Management Software and Safety Payroll & Training requirements
- Ability to work in a Team; be a selfmotivator and take instructions.
- Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing work tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Demonstrate a professional approach in the workplace with excellent customer service skills.
- Have a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others at all times.
