Our Expectations. Work with your hands stay on the move solve peoples problems never get bored and never stop learning! As a residential property management Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician youll ensure our properties look their best! In addition youll learn how our properties work and how to provide maintenance assistance for our team. This position will be supporting our Commercial Department at The Avenue and The Shops at the Row in North Fresno.
This position is Sunday through Thursday with Friday and Saturdays off. You will also participate in the after-hours emergency rotation. Schedules are subject to change based on the needs of Manco Abbott. Should a schedule change be warranted adequate notice will be given.
We are looking for self-motivated problem-solvers who are eager to learn and have an aptitude for the mechanical. This job and career path provide advantages you cant always find elsewhere even in other maintenance jobs:
- Range of work and knowledge: While providing janitorial and property upkeep - youll be learning maintenance - understanding how to fix problems related to plumbing electricity heating cooling locks carpentry and more.
