Your Team Your Impact

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. Play a pivotal role in the financial planning and analysis(FP&A) function for the Operations organization within Marvell. Drive strategic planning budgeting forecasting and variance analysis. Partner with Operations leaders to align financial strategies with business goals and drive crossfunctional collaboration.

What You Can Expect

  • Play a pivotal role in the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function for the Operations organization within Marvell.
  • Drive strategic planning budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Partner with Operations leaders to align financial strategies with business goals and drive crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decisionmaking and longterm planning.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to drive business performance.
  • Oversee monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support business initiatives and optimize financial performance.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field is required.
  • MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Experience in business partnering with crossfunctional teams
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance and delivering results in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to nonfinancial stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
  • Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a highpressure setting.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

$ per annum

The successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on jobrelated skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
