Job Description
Chase Business Banking operates in over 5000 branches across the country providing financial services to approximately 2.5 million business clients. We are the leading bank for small businesses in our key markets providing deposit and cash management services payment solutions and a broad array of lending products to meet our clients access to capital needs.
As a Project Management Director in Business Bankingyou will be part of a team driving a sustainable operating model across the organization with a focus on business practices and common processes. You will build relationships and influence change for process improvements that deliver positive client and employee experiences. You will blendelements of business strategy process improvement project management and operational execution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong leadership strategic thinking and excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and drive project success.
- Develop and implement the strategic vision for the organization and project office.
- Lead mentor and manage a team of project managers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with senior leaders synthesizing large amounts of information and articulating relevant concepts.
- Resolve conflicts and influence others to drive agreement and resolution through quantitative and analytic problemsolving skills.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and tools.
- Demonstrated leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours to meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
