FireDex is a the fastestgrowing manufacturer of personal protective equipment (PPE) for first responders and the worlds largest Independent Service Provider (ISP) of PPE care and maintenance under our subsidiary Gear Wash. We are seeking a passionate Bilingual Spanish ContracttoHire Human Resources Coordinator for a 6month assignment with the potential to transition into a fulltime role. We are looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator who is bilingual in Spanish with a passion for culture championing and will excel with recruiting. The main responsibilities are phone screening hiring and onboarding top talent. The primary focus is hourly recruiting with occasional assistance with salary recruiting as needed. This hybrid position is based out of our headquarters in Medina OH with inperson training provided for a few weeks before transitioning to the hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities include:

  • Screen applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates
  • Organize applicant tracking system where necessary
  • Manage prehire documentation and coordinate onboarding processes
  • Act as a liaison between associates human resources and management
  • Translate HR documents and communications and provide interpretation services
  • Comply with local state and federal labor laws including Title VII ADEA ADA FLSA and OSHA regulations
  • Participate in additional talent acquisition and HR duties and initiatives as needed

Candidates should possess the following:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 12 years office experience
  • Previous successful recruiting experience within the manufacturing industry is very helpful
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Possess a passion for recruiting and talent acquisition
  • Ability to work in teams as well as possess selfaccountability selfmotivated and actionoriented with high energy
  • Approaches work with a creative lens
  • Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency to communicate well with all different levels both inside and outside of the organization including verbal written using technology
  • Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Understanding of HR laws practices and procedures
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and possess the ability to learn new systems
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus
  • Efficient with prioritizing and multitasking including being productive while handling redirections and interruptions based upon business needs
  • Must be flexible and accommodating to handle a variety of expectations
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency followthrough and diligence including meeting deadlines and having the ability to remain organized with and keep track of multiple sources of information and data
  • Possess strong problemsolving skills including the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
