The Life of a Wine Ambassador Assistant:
- Maintain understanding of customer service process and administrative standards; adhere to Wine Boutique and company policies procedures and standards
- Process customer sales assist the Wine Ambassador with guest service and tastings set up for tour tastings in the Hospitality Kitchen
- Identify opportunities to sell wine Wine Club signups accessories and tours
- Provide boutique and hospitality support as directed set up and tear down tour tastings
- Develop and maintain Mission Hill wine and merchandise knowledge to support exemplary retail experience
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality sales or retail environment
- Must have Serving It Right certification as well as be of legal age to serve alcohol in BC
- Must be flexible as the hours of work will fluctuate with business volume
- Working days evenings and weekends required
Bonus Points:
- Second language is considered an asset
- Wine education such as WSET Level II or equivalent (can be completed during first 2 months of employment)
