Property Manager

In this role youll be responsible for everything from resident relations and office leadership to vendor management budgeting and maintenance planning. This is an onsite fulltime position in the Buffalo area.
Responsibilities:
Office & Team Management
- Oversee all daily office operations including leasing resident relations and collections.
- Lead planning meetings and delegate tasks to the property team for efficient execution.
- Manage payroll approvals vendor purchasing and invoicing within the property budget.
Facilities & Property Oversight
- Conduct daily property walks to monitor cleanliness safety and maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and execute scheduled maintenance and renovation projects.
- Ensure all tasks and requests are completed and tracked in the CRM dashboard.
- Oversee and assist with any and all parties or events at the community.
Resident Experience & Move Coordination
- Supervise smooth movein and moveout processes including unit inspections and communication of availability dates.
- Ensure welcome materials access tools and account documentation are prepared accurately.
- Resolve resident concerns professionally to maintain a positive living environment.
- Handle all resident notices as well as evictions served if necessary.
Office & Operations Support
- Perform daily property walks and ensure property is wellmaintained.
- Track and follow up on work through the property management dashboard.
- Oversee and track all movein/out details and resident accounts are accurate and up to date.
- Work with team members and maintenance to ensure units are ready to be rented.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in property management or team leadership within real estate leasing or facilities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a handson solutionoriented mindset.
- Proficiency in property management software and budgeting tools
- Ability to lead motivate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams including leasing and maintenance.
- Comfort with walking properties inspecting units and managing residentfacing concerns.
