Tasks
- Overseeing and managing the financial activities of four German companies ensuring strict compliance with both international and local financial regulations.
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to optimize costs improve operational efficiency and support sustainable business growth.
- Preparing and reviewing accurate financial reports budgets and forecasts for the ESC (European Service Center) and the region ensuring precision and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Leading the coordination and timely of audits tax filings and comprehensive financial analyses.
- Collaborating with senior management to provide insights that support strategic decisionmaking and drive costsaving initiatives.
- Continuously monitoring key financial metrics and providing actionable recommendations for performance improvement.
- Maintaining and enforcing strong internal controls and risk management protocols to safeguard financial integrity.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of professional experience in financial accounting
- Excellent analytical skills combined with a solutionoriented and independent
- working style; strong communication and teamwork skills
- Very good proficiency in German and English both written and spoken
