As our Chief of Staff youll work directly with our CEO and leadership team to drive highimpact crossfunctional projects and strategic initiatives. From translating business goals into actionable roadmaps to improving operations and delivering insights youll be at the center of shaping how JOIN scales.
Tasks
What youll be doing
Your work will directly influence JOINs trajectory. Heres what that looks like:
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to our CEO aligning companywide priorities and translating them into structured actionable plans.
- Lead highimpact commercial projects endtoend ensuring alignment with strategic goals timely delivery and efficient resource allocation.
- Coordinate crossfunctional initiatives facilitating collaboration across departments to maintain momentum and resolve challenges.
- Support strategy development by identifying growth opportunities analyzing market trends and tracking progress against KPIs.
- Drive operational improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable datadriven process enhancements.
Who youll work with
Youll report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with leaders across Operations Sales Marketing and Product. This is a highvisibility highimpact role with direct influence on our strategic direction.
Requirements
What were looking for
We dont believe in checklists but if most of these apply to you wed love to chat:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or similar.
35 years experience in management consulting (e.g. McKinsey BCG) or a similar highpaced strategic role.
Strong track record in leading and executing complex crossfunctional projects.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Analytical thinker with a talent for breaking down problems and delivering datadriven insights.
Thrive in dynamic environments adapt quickly and get things done.
