Job Description
Were working with a highly regarded law firm thats trusted by some of the leading players in private equity venture capital and highgrowth sectors.
From day one youll have direct contact with founders funds and decisionmakers. Expect real responsibility and the support to grow into a trusted advisor in your own right.
Tasks
- Advising on M&A deals particularly private equity and exit transactions
- Supporting venture capital investments: equity financings convertibles and secondaries
- Corporate transformations and reorganisations
- Capital markets work stock corporation law and IPO readiness
- Structuring employee participation schemes
Requirements
- Strong academic background and both state exams completed with above average results
- Several years of postqualification experience in corporate law preferably with exposure to PE/VC transactions
- Fluent German and confident English (spoken and written)
- Commercial mindset and a genuine interest in the startup and investment ecosystem
- Team spirit selfinitiative and the ability to take ownership of workstreams
- Eagerness to learn develop and contribute to a growing practice
