Position Summary: We are seeking a focused and detailoriented Recruiter with experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates with expertise in Plan Design Stress Analysis and Piping Design for the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry tools including SP3D E3D CAD and CAE tools and will excel in finding and engaging top talent for technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Source screen and assess candidates for roles such as Designers Piping Engineers and Stress Analysts within the Oil & Gas domain.
Identify candidates with expertise in tools such as SP3D E3D CAD and CAE ensuring alignment with job requirements.
Leverage various sourcing methods including job boards professional networks social media platforms and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical skills tool proficiency and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide timely updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruiting for technical roles.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruiting for the Oil & Gas domain particularly roles involving Plan Design Stress Analysis and Piping Design.
Familiarity with industry tools such as SP3D E3D CAD and CAE.
Strong sourcing skills with experience using various platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter Naukri and others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities effectively.
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field (preferred).
