Job Description
We re hiring a Senior Construction Attorney in Texas!
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator to join a dynamic Construction Practice Group in one of several Texas offices: Austin Beaumont Collin County Dallas Houston or San Antonio.
We re looking for candidates with:
At least 6 years of construction litigation experience
Trial prep and courtroom experience
Strong motion practice and deposition skills
Excellent research writing and negotiation abilities
Experience with insurance defense is a plus
The salary range for this role is $165000 $195000 plus discretionary bonus potential and a full suite of benefits including health insurance 401K transportation allowance and more.
