Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of our clientele. This role will serve as the face of the company demanding dedication to crafting and executing a winning sales strategy.

The primary objective is to drive sustainable financial growth by maximizing sales and cultivating robust client relationships

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the annual sales plan in line with the companys strategy in the operations and maintenance sector. Continuously seek new opportunities (operations projects building maintenance equipment maintenance etc.) and track government and private sector tenders and bids.
  • Build strategic relationships with clients especially government agencies main contractors and development companies.
  • Lead the sales team and track their daily and weekly achievements to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Coordinate with the tenders and contracts department to submit technical and financial proposals on time.
  • Analyze the market trends and provide regular reports on opportunities challenges and competitors.
  • Participate in relevant exhibitions and events to expand the companys network.
  • Monitor and analyze the sales teams KPIs and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Prepare reports for senior management outlining achievements and future recommendations


Requirements

  • Proven professional experience as a Business Development Manager Sales Executive or a comparable role.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relevant field.
  • Indepth knowledge of industrial residential and commercial real estate.
  • Proven success in achieving exceptional sales results.
  • 5 Years of Experience
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer support is a valuable asset.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships.
  • Proven experience in BD in multilateral international projects or commercial real estate collaborated with KSA s nation building projects are benefits
