We are looking for a highly organized and detailoriented Bookkeeper to support a luxury holiday rental property based in British Columbia Canada. This parttime remote position is ideal for someone with strong foundational bookkeeping skills who is comfortable working independently and maintaining financial accuracy.
You will report directly to the property owner and be responsible for daytoday financial administration supporting the smooth operation of the business.
Track and categorize income and expenses
Perform accurate data entry for receipts and financial documents
Reconcile bank account statements
Maintain organized digital records of financial transactions
Coordinate with the clients local accountant as needed
Prepare basic financial summaries upon request
Ensure confidentiality of all financial data and business operations
Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial data entry
Proficiency with accounting software (specific platform to be confirmed)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Clear and professional communication skills in English
Background in the hospitality or tourism industry (preferred but not required)
