The role seeks resultsdriven and creative personnel to lead the brand development efforts with a particular focus on our flagship product rice. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that promotes brand awareness drives customer engagement and enhances market penetration across all target role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing platforms excellent leadership skills and a proven ability to translate brand objectives into highimpact marketing and promotional initiatives.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement integrated marketing and branding strategies aligned with the company s business objectives.
Create annual marketing plans and budgets; monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify opportunities for brand expansion and innovation in marketing approaches.
Advertising & Campaign Management
Lead the design and implementation of advertising campaigns across diverse platforms including outdoor media radio TV print online and social media.
Select and negotiate with advertising agencies media houses and service providers to ensure costeffective campaign execution.
Track and analyze campaign performance; adapt strategies to optimize ROI.
Promotions & Activations
Plan and execute instore and outdoor promotional activities to boost product visibility and customer interaction.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing promotions and retail objectives.
Manage promotional calendar and evaluate the impact of each activity on sales performance.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies including SEO SEM social media campaigns influencer partnerships and email marketing.
Continuously explore emerging digital platforms and trends to stay ahead of the market.
Monitor online brand reputation and engagement metrics to refine content and messaging strategies.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor and analyze consumer behavior market trends and competitor activity.
Prepare regular marketing reports and presentations for senior management.
Collaborate with internal teams to translate insights into actionable marketing tactics.
Brand Management
Oversee brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
Ensure strong brand positioning and messaging in alignment with corporate values.
Lead the creative development of product packaging branding assets and corporate communications.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Supervise internal marketing officers and coordinate with crossfunctional teams.
Manage relationships with external agencies consultants and distribution partners.
Support team development through training mentorship and performance feedback.

A degree in Marketing Advertising or related field
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in brand management preferably within FMCG agribusiness or food production sectors.
Professional certification in digital marketing
Demonstrated success in executing both traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of marketing analytics consumer behavior and campaign ROI evaluation.
Proven experience managing creative teams agencies and largescale projects.
Advanced proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics social media platforms and marketing automation software.
