Job Description

The Recruitment Consultant role at SEEK is a superb opportunity to join a forwardthinking company at the forefront of technological and operational transformation. This position plays a critical role in driving our clients fullcycle recruiting process coordinating with clients external partners and candidates to ensure successful placements. As a change champion you will have the chance to adapt and grow with an everevolving role making a significant impact on our teams longterm vision. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Schedule and conduct consultation calls to efficiently gather clients hiring requirements uncover hidden preferences and proactively improve client happiness through professional consulting services. 
  • Conduct candidate outreach and shortlist candidates for hirers using our SmartHire service and SEEK AI Tools. 
  • Maintain accurate progress tracking in internal systems ensuring data integrity and reporting recruiting metrics as needed. 
  • Act as a hardworking and passionate team member in a startup environment chipping in positively to the products key business outcomes. 
  • Implement strategies and operations required to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and important metrics. 
  • Handle other ad hoc/special assignments or projects as required. 

Qualifications :

The successful candidate will have: 

  • A valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries. 
  • At least 3 years of experience as a recruitment consultant. 
  • Outstanding problemsolving critical thinking and analytical skills. 
  • A strong passion for building a career in the recruitment industry. 
  • A customer focused approach with a proactive and positive attitude. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills spoken and written in English. 
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of an ambitious team. 
  • A dedication to quality and continuous improvement in analytical skills.
