Responsibilities
- Proactively contact and respond to prospective students via telephone email and SMS with the use of a contact strategy.
- Assess and qualify prospective student through prequalification or interview to determine if Chamberlain Universitys programs meet the academic and professional needs of the prospective student.
- Assist the applicant through the enrollment process by collaborating with other departments to ensure positive application progression student satisfaction and success.
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships via phone in a highvolume environment.
- Remain compliant with standards and policies of the University while operating in a studentcentric environment.
- Ability to adjust and adapt quickly to change and implement updates accordingly.
- Work in a team environment and represent Chamberlains culture of care while supporting new student enrollment goals.
- Exemplify TEACH values (Teamwork Energy Accountability Community Heart) throughout all daytoday interactions.
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Has access to designated work from home office space with reliable highspeed internet
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required
- Proficient computer skills required including experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Eager to learn retain and implement new information
- Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule weekends and evenings to accommodate student departmental and companys needs
Additional Information :
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country the expected salary range for this position is between $21.83 and $25. Actual pay will be adjusted based on jobrelated factors permitted by law such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
