The Senior HR Technology Solutions Specialist will align technical product development with business needs. This position ensures our HR technology solutions are marketready and compliant with industry standards. Leveraging deep expertise in HR technology ecosystems and recruitment processes the specialist drives the effective configuration implementation and ongoing enhancement of our talent acquisition platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements for talent acquisition technology solutions translating them into functional specifications and user stories with high degree of accuracy and completeness.
- Configure and customize HR technology platforms according to the design while maintaining repeatability through standardized approaches and reusable components.
- Design execute or delegate and manage comprehensive test plans for new features and integrations ensuring 99% defectfree releases.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation user guides and standard operating procedures for the solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend HR technology vendors and solutions based on comprehensive analysis of functionality integration capabilities and alignment with business needs.
- Provide expert consultation on talent acquisition technology capabilities limitations and best practices to internal teams and clients.
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Research emerging HR technology trends and innovations producing quarterly reports with recommendations for product roadmap enhancements.
- Coordinate crossfunctional implementation activities between development teams QA and business stakeholders ensuring ontime delivery for 90% of project milestones.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and product demonstrations achieving stakeholder satisfaction ratings of 4.5/5 or higher.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog items related to talent acquisition functionality balancing technical constraints with business priorities.
- Create and present implementation plans timelines and status reports to key stakeholders.
- Ensure all talent acquisition platforms meet data privacy requirements (GDPR CCPA) through proper configuration and documentation.
- Conduct quarterly compliance audits of HR technology systems achieving 100% remediation of identified Critical and High issues within established timeframes.
- Develop and implement data retention policies and procedures for candidate information across all talent acquisition platforms.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements in system design and configuration.

Qualifications :
Position Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- HRIS or similar technical certifications preferred.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in HR technology specifically with talent acquisition platforms.
- Experience working with international teams and complex crossfunctional project management.
- Demonstrated expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and career portals.
- Experience in requirements gathering documentation and user story creation.
- Experience in project coordination or management within technology implementations.
Exposure:
- Proficiency in software configuration testing and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR CCPA) and their application in HR tech.
- Comprehensive understanding of the HR technology vendor landscape.
- Understanding of compliance requirements in recruitment and HR.
- Advanced knowledge of typical recruitment workflows and process standards and innovation in the industry preferred.
- Awareness of emerging trends in talent acquisition technology preferred.
- Basic understanding of API integrations and how different HR systems connect and cooperate.
- Experience with recruitment process automation assessment platforms and candidate engagement tools.
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics capabilities within HR systems.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile Scrum).
- Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Basic understanding of database concepts and data structures.
