This position begins July 1 2025.
The Field Operations Lead reports directly to the Program Manager and is responsible for continuous management of existing and future scope of work under the National Training Center contracts with Senspex. This position requires an individual who is trustworthy detailoriented organized personable perceptive cooperative and proficient in both written and verbal communications.

What youll get to do as a Field Operations Lead at Senspex:
- Supervision coordination and scheduling of missions/activities of all personnel.
- Creates weekly work schedules of all personnel in conjunction with team leads.
- Assists in the development of and enforces quality/ISO security and safety training programs
- Ensures training needs and requirements are implemented.
- Provides guidance and direction to all personnel including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
- Monitors and assesses duty performance to make improvements or take corrective action and makes recommendations on personnel and technical issues.
- Ensures locationspecific Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work instructions are written followed and maintained in correlation to contract/prime contractor requirements.
- Acts as the point of contact with the Contracting Officer COR Range Control and executes ScopeofWork (SOW) requirements from prime contract.
The qualifications we require:
- 3 years BA/BS or MA/MS degree or 8 years AA or 10 years no degree.
- Requires three (3) or more years supervisory experience in range operations and personnel management.
- Requires an understanding of maintenance automation and quality assurance through demonstrated experience or general education.
- Requires a working knowledge to accomplish computer data information processing and general knowledge of MS Office.
- Requires ability to lift and carry boxes and packages not to exceed 50lbs.
- Requires the physical dexterity to bend/stoop twist/turn and kneel/crouch.
- Requires the ability to operate a four wheeled drive vehicle 1 ton.
- Requires a valid Drivers License; Must be able to be insured through Companys vehicle insurance policy while driving work/government/rental vehicles during working hours and for the duration of your work employment.
- U S Citizenship required.
- All candidates will be required to pass a consumer report and/or consumer investigation to include SSN Driver Record and Criminal Background Investigation.
- Must currently possess an active DoD Secret Clearance; or other equivalent U. S. Government Security Clearance.
