Job Description
- Enhance operational processes and customer solutions through data analysis and development design and quality verification of Enterprise level reports dashboards and technology based solutions.
- Reduce ambiguity by understanding the scope of project requests and converting them into actionable stories for team members.
- Lead efforts to gather detailed requirements as needed.
- Creating and executing tactical plans to achieve results.
- Design and implement reporting solutions to drive or measure process improvements.
- Working with Product Management to craft requirements that align needs to capabilities.
- Conduct data analysis to assist management in the decision making process for business development pricing operational process enhancements and other focus areas.
- Accelerating delivery of value to our customers.
- Addressing open issues and providing frameworks processes and expertise improving business performance and processes.
- Solve strategic and complex business opportunities as well as maximizing productivity and value.
- Analyze roadmap and requirements.
- Apply innovative critical thinking skills. Identify business and technical opportunities applying industry knowledge data analysis and enterprise perspective.
- Coach and train advance analysis techniques.
- Align stakeholders.
- Drive efficiency quality and productivity initiatives.
- Demonstrate the performance of the company by creating summary reports of our core measures.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science Software Engineering Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering or related field of study and 5 years of progressive experience in Business Analytics and Strategy.
Applicants must have demonstrated experience with:
- Scaled Agile Framework;
- Developing new product roadmap and ensuring application/product development progress meets roadmap guidelines;
- Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK);
- Creating Structured Query Language (SQL) statements;
- Leveraging systems and process analysis techniques including Requirement Gathering User Story Writing SDLC Agile (SAFe) methodology and Roadmap Management;
- Microsoft Office and Visio for data analysis documentation and presentations;
- Using Azure DevOps and Gitlab for managing work;
- Transportation logistics industry domain;
- Presenting plan concepts ideas and plans to stakeholders with varying technical and business backgrounds; and
- Guiding teams towards unified goals to achieve project objectives.
Additional Information :
Salary for position: $183581 per year.
Work Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Candidates must be local or willing to relocate.
