This role is responsible for managing payroll inputs and working with finance team managing the employee database in the central system compensation and benefits tracking auditing onboarding and separation process.
Provide support during internal and external audits related to labour laws and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in HR processes and policies HRMS tools and applications as a user be committed to delivering superior employee experience collaborate with various functions and leaders to accomplish the Goals.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree required with 4 years of experience in global/regional HR Operations covering entire employee life cycle process recruitment onboarding Payroll process Time off leave administration employee engagement training exit and retiral process.
