Qualifications :
Personal Skills: Creative innovative openminded. Teamcapable with leadership qualities friendly loyal communicative and responsible. Organizational ability calm diligent and flexible.
Professional Skills: Proven experience in the sports industry with a high personal interest in all sports (with a focus on cycling). Management experience strong project leadership and resultoriented decisionmaking skills. Excellent team leader with exceptional communication and networking abilities. Stirring presentation skills and the ability to shape big ideas into action. Futurist mindset always seeking the next big thing and passionate.
Language Requirements: Fluent in English and German (written and oral) with appreciation for additional languages.
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is 3.13900 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
