Team Empowerment: Build mentor and inspire a highperforming marketing Team fostering a culture of creativity collaboration and accountability.

CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with leadership across Sports Operations and Commercial Teams to align marketing objectives with broader organizational goals.

Change Agent: Lead with agility and innovation embracing new technologies and trends to keep the Team at the forefront of the industry.

Brand Innovation

Cultural Trailblazer: Establish the Team as a trendsetter by blending cycling heritage with cuttingedge cultural and lifestyle elements to make it the most attractive brand in the sport.

Iconic Campaigns: Spearhead groundbreaking campaigns that define the Teams narrative and build excitement across diverse fanbases globally.

360 Campaign Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive 360 marketing campaigns that seamlessly integrate across channels including digital social media events traditional media and sponsorship activations.

Authentic Storytelling: Champion narratives that authentically celebrate the Teams sporting achievements community initiatives and core values.

Fan Engagement

FanCentric Strategies: Elevate fan experiences with innovative activations from immersive live events to engaging digital platforms making fans feel like part of the journey.

Innovative Hospitality: Redefine the hospitality experience for partners sponsors and fans by designing exclusive unforgettable inperson and virtual engagements at races team events and beyond.

Loyalty Building: Develop programs that cultivate deep emotional connections and enduring loyalty among fans and followers.

Trendsetting Merchandise: Oversee merchandise that embodies the teams ethos ensuring it is as desirable as it is functional.

Performance and Analytics

DataDriven Insights: Use analytics and feedback to continuously refine marketing strategies and maximize impact.

ROI Focus: Deliver measurable success in campaigns fan growth and partner engagement while maintaining budget discipline.


Qualifications :

Personal Skills: Creative innovative openminded. Teamcapable with leadership qualities friendly loyal communicative and responsible. Organizational ability calm diligent and flexible.

Professional Skills: Proven experience in the sports industry with a high personal interest in all sports (with a focus on cycling). Management experience strong project leadership and resultoriented decisionmaking skills. Excellent team leader with exceptional communication and networking abilities. Stirring presentation skills and the ability to shape big ideas into action. Futurist mindset always seeking the next big thing and passionate.

Language Requirements: Fluent in English and German (written and oral) with appreciation for additional languages.


Additional Information :

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is 3.13900 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
