TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Selling Branch Manager to join our Kyle TX team! (78640)
This is a permanent directhire opportunity with TMD Staffing!
POSITION:Selling Branch Manager
LOCATION:Kyle TX 78640
SHIFT:FullTime; MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
SUMMARY:The Selling Branch Managers general purpose is to work towards meeting goals in each office regarding sales service profitability and collections. The Branch Manager must run the daytoday operations for their specified locations in addition to training and developing their staff visiting customers and building business relationships with new and existing businesses.
SELLING BRANCH MANAGER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the daily operations revenue generation and operations performance of their branches ensuring its continued growth.
- Continually be involved with and manage all sales activity including the development and servicing of major accounts.
- Ensure all branch personnel understand their individual and overall company objectives. Reinforce the importance of communication and resolve any conflicting objectives.
- Prepare calculate and negotiate bill rates/rate increases with clients.
- Build an environment of collective responsibility and accountability.
- Lead and encourage employees to maximize their performance and ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Verify all applicant files customer files risk management policies and procedures data entry and computer functions are being completed accurately and timely.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
SELLING BRANCH MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a fouryear college or university; or five to seven years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have strong leadership delegation problemsolving and communication skills.
- Must have a valid DL vehicle and car insurance
- Bilingual is a plus! (English/Spanish)
