Job Summary:
Kyriba is seeking an experienced and dynamic Implementation Excellence & Adoption Lead to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption and optimal use of the Kyriba application. This key position involves guiding internal teams and partner consultants on best practices resolving complex implementation and support challenges and driving longterm adoption strategies. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience a strong background in the Kyriba platform and substantial expertise in implementation and solution architecture across multiple use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Guidance & Influence: Serve as a subject matter expert providing guidance and influence to internal teams and partner consultants on best practices for implementing and adopting the Kyriba platform.
Best Practices Development: Develop and promote best practices for the Kyriba platform ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals.
Implementation Support: Support the implementation process to ensure efficient and effective deployment of the Kyriba platform addressing complex challenges as they arise.
Solution Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement robust solution architectures tailored to meet unique business needs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders providing expert guidance on architectural decisions and longterm adoption strategies.
Problem Resolution: Leverage deep Kyriba platform knowledge to resolve complex support requests and implementation issues ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the implementation process and overall user experience of the Kyriba platform.
Training & Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to build capacity and enhance the skill sets of team members and partners.
Qualifications:
Experience: Over 10 years of experience in implementation and solution architecture with proven indepth knowledge of the Kyriba platform.
Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with multiple implementations and use cases of the Kyriba application.
ProblemSolving: Exceptional problemsolving skills with the ability to manage and resolve complex implementation and support challenges.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders and facilitating collaboration.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new challenges and drive change within dynamic and fastpaced environments.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
