- Guidance & Influence: Serve as a subject matter expert providing guidance and influence to internal teams and partner consultants on best practices for implementing and adopting the Kyriba platform.
- Best Practices Development: Develop and promote best practices for the Kyriba platform ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals.
- Implementation Support: Support the implementation process to ensure efficient and effective deployment of the Kyriba platform addressing complex challenges as they arise.
- Solution Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement robust solution architectures tailored to meet unique business needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders providing expert guidance on architectural decisions and longterm adoption strategies.
- Problem Resolution: Leverage deep Kyriba platform knowledge to resolve complex support requests and implementation issues ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the implementation process and overall user experience of the Kyriba platform.
- Training & Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to build capacity and enhance the skill sets of team members and partners.
- Experience: Over 10 years of experience in implementation and solution architecture with proven indepth knowledge of the Kyriba platform.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with multiple implementations and use cases of the Kyriba application.
- ProblemSolving: Exceptional problemsolving skills with the ability to manage and resolve complex implementation and support challenges.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders and facilitating collaboration.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new challenges and drive change within dynamic and fastpaced environments.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
