Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our organization. The primary responsibility of the Account Executive will be to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and excellent relationshipbuilding skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts including renewals and new business development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their unique needs and advising on insurance solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective client service delivery
- Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in regulations to provide proactive advice to clients
- Analyze client data and prepare reports for management and clients
- Work with underwriters to negotiate competitive insurance terms and conditions
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience as a Senior Account Manager or Account Executive required
- Indepth knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong client relationship management abilities
- Adept at analyzing data and preparing reports
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
- Previous experience handling renewals is required
- A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required
