Are you a peopleperson who loves to help others and thrives in a fastpaced supportive environment North Idaho Colleges Workforce Training Center is looking for a parttime Customer Service Representative whos ready to make an impactone student at a time.
In this frontline role youll greet curious learners answer questions about our wide range of classes and help students register with confidence and ease. Whether its in person by phone or over email youll be the goto guide for course information and enrollment. Youll use your strong communication and organizational skills to process registrations manage payments and maintain accurate records. Youll also flex your Microsoft Office savvy juggle multiple tasks with ease and bring a teamoriented mindset to everything you do.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum of one year fulltime related experience and/or training is required.
Starting pay range:$16.63 $19.12
Work Site Location: Workforce Training Center Post Falls
Work Schedule:up to 19.5 hours per week M/W/F
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background check and proof of degree if requiredfor this position.
