Multilingual Customer Support Roles (Italian French German)
Braga Portugal (OnSite Remote & Hybrid Options)
Start Dates: May June 2025

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer support in Italian French or German for international clients.
- Assist clients via phone chat or email with inquiries solutions and technical support.
- Collaborate in dynamic environments (some roles may require weekend availability).
- Ensure highquality service aligned with client standards.
Who Were Looking For:
- Fluent in Italian French or German (native or nearnative level).
- Authorization to work in Portugal (EU ID residence card or valid visa).
- Experience in customer service contact centers or digital marketing/web design (a plus for specific roles).

- EU ID
- Portuguese Residence Card
- Manifestao de Interesse (for nonEU candidates)
- Visa (under consultation if applicable)
