Were seeking a proactive and customerfocused Live Chat Representative to join our growing support team.
Position Summary:
As a Live Chat Representative at StrataBuilt you will be the front line of our customer support experience. Youll engage with users in real time via our live chat platform providing fast accurate and friendly assistance for inquiries ranging from product features to troubleshooting and account support.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer questions and issues in real time through live chat.

Provide detailed product information and support for technical and nontechnical users.

Guide customers through software features troubleshooting steps and account processes.

Escalate complex issues to technical or account management teams when needed.

Log interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer support system.

Deliver exceptional service that aligns with StrataBuilts commitment to client success.

Stay informed on product updates and internal processes.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1 year of experience in a customer support or live chat role is a plus.

Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.

Familiarity with CRM tools chat software or ticketing systems is a plus.

Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.

Interest in construction tech property management or SaaS is a bonus.
