Reporting into the Senior Director Consumer Marketing the Associate Director of Consumer Marketing (Digital) is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote and enhance the brands online presence. This position requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry digital media and marketing trends social media platforms and ability to interpret and leverage reporting analytics insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive consumer digital marketing strategies aligned with overall brand objectives.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate digital initiatives into broader marketing campaigns.
• Oversee and manage all social media channels ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
• Create and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness engagement and lead generation.
• Develop and curate highquality digital content for various platforms adhering to regulatory guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure content is aligned with brand messaging.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
• Ensure all digital and social media activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to review and approve digital content.

Minimum Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree; Advanced degree (MBA Masters etc.) is a plus.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of pharmaceutical industry experience in digital agency marketing sales or related function with consumer marketing experience required. HCP marketing experience is a plus.
• Sound experience in consumer omnichannel marketing search engine optimization marketing database email SMS social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the multiple channels of customer engagement across varied customers (i.e. HCP consumer patient payer) including how channels can be used effectively in an integrated manner to provide crosschannel customer journeys.
• Experience with digital landscape and development of digital patient journeys.
• Knowledge of website and advertising analytics tools staying up to date with the latest trends & best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Launch experience preferred.

Other Requirements

• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 1020% of the year.
• Must live a commutable distance to our US Corporate Headquarters in Florham Park NJ. Office presence required at least 3 days per week.
