As the Performance & Education Sales Representative youll be at the forefront of building partnerships with high schools colleges universities and athletic performance facilities. Youll work with coaches athletic directors and administrators to deliver tailored strength solutions that deliver elite performance.
What Youll Do:
- Manage and grow relationships with educationbased athletic programs (high school and collegiate) and performance training facilities
- Drive sales of Hammer Strength and Life Fitness products across your assigned territory
- Identify customer needs and collaborate on equipment layouts and solutions that meet training goals and facility requirements
- Partner with internal sales teams dealers and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Represent the brand at training summits coaching clinics conferences and trade shows
- Track pipeline activity and contribute to regional sales forecasts and planning
- Stay connected to trends in performance training sports science and education funding
What You Bring:
- A passion for strength and performance trainingespecially within the educational and team sports environment
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to earn trust with coaches athletic directors and school administrators
- A collaborative mindsetyou enjoy working with teammates crossfunctional partners and customers
- Experience in sports performance education sales or athletic coaching is a big plus
- Familiarity with the Life Fitness and Hammer Strength portfolio or a strong desire to learn
Qualifications:
- 3 years sales experience ideally in a B2B environment
- 25 years of experience in athletic performance education sales coaching or a related field
- Ability to think strategically influence others and contribute to longterm territory planning and team success
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to manage multiple accounts prioritize tasks and meet sales goals
- Strong communication and presentation skillscomfortable in a gym weight room or board room
- Willingness to travel to schools facilities and industry events (up to 4050%)
- Bachelors degree preferred especially in kinesiology sports management education or business

At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $55400 $75600 actual salary will vary based on applicants education experience skills and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Rosemont IL and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strengths Sales Incentive Plan with monthly commission eligibility in addition to base salary. The amount of any commission and bonus varies based on attainment of individual performance goals and other relevant factors subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive position is eligible to receive a vehicle allowance to offset the costs of using a personal vehicle for business related purposes.Life Fitness / Hammer Strength offers a comprehensive package of benefits for fulltime team members including but not limited to: a 401(k) savings plan with 4% employer match; medical dental and vision insurance parental medical and military leaves of absence paid time off including 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year paid vacation days beginning at 13 days annually paid sick leave as provided under state and local paid sick leave laws company paid shortterm disability and optional longterm disability health savings account health care and dependent care reimbursement accounts employee and dependent life insurance and supplemental life and AD&D insurance hospital indemnity; identity protection legal services adoption assistance tuition assistance commuter benefits employee discounts and an employee assistance program that includes free counseling sessions.
