Duties & Responsibilities
HEAD CHEF Requirements: 5 years of experience in a Head or Executive Chef role Strong leadership and kitchen management skills Expertise in menu development stock control and team supervision Experience in casual or fine dining environments Culinary qualification or relevant certification Willing to relocate internationally
SOUS CHEF Requirements: 35 years of experience in a Sous Chef or Senior CDP role Ability to support the Head Chef in daily operations Skilled in team supervision and quality control Formal culinary training or equivalent experience Ready and willing to relocate internationally
COMMIS CHEF Requirements: 13 years of kitchen experience Passion for food and a willingness to grow Ability to follow recipes and uphold hygiene standards Culinary certificate or strong onthejob training Open to international relocation
