Know Your Rights: Notice for California Applicants: collaboration with the manager/director of Performance Improvement is responsible for assisting in the coordination integration and implementation of the organization wide performance improvement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulatory and accreditation standards. Activities include but are not limited to chart reviews data abstraction for CMS Core Measures and other quality outcomes studies and staff education regarding core measures other noncore abstractions Quality measures and updates regarding new and enhance indicators. Develop and adapt as necessary information systems to report on key performance indicators to ensure that Supervisor/ managers/Director can measure and monitor and continuously improve performance.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role which includes estimated wages benefits and other forms of compensation is $30.00 to $46.89. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire in which a wide range of factors will be considered including but not limited to skillset years of applicable experience education credentials and licensure.
