About us
Injurynet (part of MAX Solutions) partners with organisations to deliver a range of innovative workplace medical services such as medical assessments early intervention programs and medical advisory services.
We are seeking an enthusiastic proactive Customer Service Officer to join our service delivery team. In thisrole you will be working in a fast paced professional environment with a strong focus on qualityand customer service.
This role is based in our head office in Glen Iris Victoria. Free local parking and public transport is close by.
About the role
- Work in a supportive and productive team in a unique customer service role
- Coordinating appointments with our national network of medical and allied healthcare providers
- Managing a portfolio of cases including monitoringoutcomes
- Managing enquiries and resolving issuesfrom employees clients and healthcare practices about any administrative issues
- Contact Centre Experience preferred but not essential
About you
- Have a genuine interest in people and be able to listen actively and build rapport
- You are a natural at customer service with both internal and external customers
- Selfmotivated Adaptable and Flexible
- A team player who can also work autonomously
- Hold a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
